About this position
Arcadia Beverage, in Arden, NC, is a pasteurized cold fill scale contract packager of non‑alcoholic / non‑carbonated beverages for major retailers and food service distributors. We manufacture orange juices, lemonades, and teas in ready‑to‑drink bottles.
Job Description:
We are currently looking for (2) energetic, dedicated, and flexible Material Handlers (Fork Lift Operators) to join our outstanding team. The Material Handlers (Loaders) will primarily load trucks. Both roles also include GMP cleaning responsibilities, inventory counting, and computer usage. The positions are full‑time (at least 40 hours per week) with potential overtime, depending on plant volume and candidate flexibility. Both positions have the potential to cross‑train as the other.
Loader Base
Schedule:
a. Sunday – Tuesday 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Wednesday 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM (40 hours)
b. Additional Potential Days:
Wednesday (full day) / Thursday – Saturday (depending on plant volume)
Overtime opportunities are available.
Main
Activities:
- Move finished goods pallets from production into the warehouse or from warehouse into trucks.
- Operate manual and auto pallet wrappers.
- Monitor label application accuracy on finished pallets.
- Use RF scanners and ERP system to move and enter data.
- Prepare and process shipping paperwork and interact with truck drivers.
- Prepare and take periodic cycle count inventory.
- Identify and rework damaged materials.
- Perform weekly warehouse and equipment cleaning tasks as directed.

Pay: Starting at $19.00 / $22.10 after 90 days

Requirements- Forklift certification and experience or willingness to learn; minimum of one year of forklift experience preferred.
