Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex equipment while also mentoring junior technicians and leading maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PMs), including lubrication, adjustments, alignments, and safety checks
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
  • Operate forklifts and lifting equipment (hoists, cranes, scissor lifts, etc.)
  • Work with shop equipment such as lathes, mills, presses, and saws
  • Diagnose issues with motion controls, sensors, and electrical systems
  • Repair and overhaul components such as pumps, cylinders, valves, and motors
  • Lead complex maintenance activities and assist with training junior technicians
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete work orders
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced production environment
  • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of technical training OR 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment
  • Experience with electrical systems, controls, and basic troubleshooting
  • Prior Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) experience
  • Ability to read schematics and technical documents
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting or programming
  • Background in HVAC, compressed air systems, dust collection, or electrical distribution
  • Welding, machining, or fabrication experience
