Weekend Shift Warehouse Cycle Counter

Inventory Accuracy Specialist

Support management in maintaining inventory accuracy by performing routine cycle counts, verifying quantities, and recording findings.

Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 7:30pm

Starting at $20.50/hr

• Perform blind cycle counts of inventory in specific locations using system generated reports of a specific inventory on any given day.
• Record and enter the results of blind counts into the system with accuracy.
• Conduct unscheduled cycle counts as directed by management after scheduled counts have been completed.
• Physically verify inventory for raw material, purchased parts, and in-process manufactured parts to ensure alignment with system quantities.
• File and maintain accurate records of all materials counted and scheduled reports.
• Use scales to weigh parts when necessary.
• Report any unusual mechanical or operating conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain quality standards in accordance with company specifications.
• Maintain good housekeeping.
• Regular attendance is expected and required.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain Rheem forklift license to operate a hand truck, order picker, and/or forklift.
• Ability to use scan guns to record inventory adjustments.
• Proficient use of office PC and systems, including Oracle, email, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with both internally and external persons.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accuracy with detailed work.
• Ability to work at heights up to 35 feet.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a continuous basis.
