Maintenance Planner

Location: Raeford

Our client, is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.

+ Coordinate resources and prioritize tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

+ Utilize CMMS systems to track maintenance activities, inventory, and work orders.

+ Collaborate with maintenance technicians, operations teams, and management to streamline workflows.

+ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes and procedures.

** What's Needed?*
* + Associates or Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

+ Strong skills in job planning, resource coordination, and CMMS systems.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Ability to analyze data and implement effective maintenance strategies.

+ Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality.
