Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Finishing Deburr/Grinding professional to join their dedicated team. As a Finishing Deburr/Grinding, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Spruce Pine, NC

Pay Range: $18.99-$21.18

Shift: 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:30 pm-3:00 am

What's the Job?

• Perform finishing, deburring, and grinding on manufactured parts to meet quality standards
• Inspect finished components for defects and ensure compliance with specifications
• Operate grinding and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in finishing, deburring, or grinding preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures
