Based on the site of Saint Lubin Des Joncherets (28), Siège Social du Groupe, you will join the Development Service as part of your position.

Main activities:

• Realize the development of series and prototype tooling.
• Define the adjustment parameters of presses to optimize the production range.
• Make proposals on the improvements of the workstations for productivity, quality, and safety.
• Transmit your know-how to adjusters and operators in the first fabrications, to use written supports.
• Respect as much as possible the industrialization schedule.
• Respect and enforce the safety instructions for people and equipment.
• Participate actively in the internal training for a particular position. If necessary, propose complementary training.
• Participate actively in the Company's Plan of Progress in the framework of continuous improvement (suggestion).
• Participate actively in the conception of molds.
• Ensure the relations with our rubber toolmakers and perform technical visits, audits, etc… to obtain molds that are compliant in quality, costs, and deadlines.
• Implement the means to capitalize on the experience acquired on the different projects.

Profile Sought:

DUT/BUT Mechanical Engineering. Experience of 5/10 years in a similar function. General knowledge on rubber and ideally on plastic and on liquid silicone.
