Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)- Support the unit in achieving set production targets by adhering to systems and processes.
- Use machinery and equipment on the shop floor.
- Interpret technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.
- Mainly accountable for conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing integrated with production lines.
- Perform work manually or with light hand tools.
- Carry out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
- Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
- Knowledge and use of tools such as tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools.
- Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job.
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lbs.
Manufacturing plant environments require a combination of hands‑on and technical tasks. Work may involve occasional lifting of materials, climbing stairs/ladders, walking, bending, twisting, or standing for extended periods. Frequent computer use is necessary for data entry, monitoring, and communication. Employees handle a variety of tools and equipment, from hand tools to machinery, requiring technical skills and adherence to safety protocols. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel‑toed shoes is required.
Adhering to safety guidelines is essential for all team members.
