Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit is headquartered in Wendell, NC. The EA Business Unit has a diverse portfolio of products, including, but not limited to, low-voltage MCC, CMR fuse saver, MV switch gear, MV circuit breakers, and metering, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relay maintenance and systems of a standard nature.
We are looking for a PFEP (Plan for Every Part) Coordinator. This position will be based at our Wendell, NC facility. Relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities- Organize and optimize how every material or component is stored, moved, and replenished in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Develop and maintain the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) database to define storage, packaging, labeling, and replenishment methods for all materials.
- Analyze and optimize material flow across production and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Partner with production, supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and standardized material handling processes.
- Implement and support lean practices such as kanban, point-of-use storage, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive inventory accuracy and space utilization improvements through data analysis and process standardization.

- Minimum Education Required High School/GED
- Job Category Supply Chain
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
- Experience working with inventory systems, data tracking, or material planning tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed datasets
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
- Experience developing or managing PFEP databases or similar material flow systems
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles such as kanban, 5S, and continuous improvement
- Experience working in a manufacturing or high-volume production environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and advanced Excel skill
The pay range for this position is $54,835 - $94,003 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
