, we help industries run leaner and cleaner. This role reports to the Production Supervisor.
In this role, you will support the unit in achieving production targets by adhering to systems and processes, operating machinery and equipment on the shop floor, and interpreting technical diagrams for assembly.
The work model is onsite at the Pinetops, NC facility.
Responsibilities- Conduct all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing integrated with production lines.
- Perform manual work or use light hand tools.
- Carry out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
- Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
- Knowledge and use of tools such as tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools as needed.
- Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
Manufacturing plant environment requires hands‑on and technical tasks, occasional lifting of materials, climbing stairs/ladders, and walking. Employees may be required to bend, twist, or stand for extended periods. Frequent use of computers is necessary for data entry, monitoring, and communication. Employees will handle a variety of tools and equipment, requiring technical skills and adherence to safety protocols. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel‑toed shoes are required.
