Responsibilities
- Conduct all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing integrated with production lines.
- Perform work manually or by using light hand tools.
- Carry out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
- Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required.
- Knowledge and use of tools – tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools as needed.
- Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.
The manufacturing plant environment requires a combination of hands‑on and technical tasks. Employees must be able to lift materials, climb stairs and ladders, and walk or stand for extended periods. Frequent computer use is necessary for data entry, monitoring, and communication. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel‑toed shoes is required. Adhering to safety guidelines is essential for all team members.
