• Support the unit in achieving set production targets by adhering to systems and processes.
• Operate machinery and equipment on the shop floor.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions for assembly of products, systems, and panels.
• Conduct all types of assembly work to produce semi‑finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing integrated with production lines.
• Perform work manually or with light hand tools.
• Carry out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• Immersed in, engaged in, or highly skilled in relevant tools, methodologies, and the industry market.
• Demonstrated experience in the relevant field with several years of industry experience; experience working as a relevant role with specific products or technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of or qualification in specialized software or platforms.
• Passionate about and innovative around relevant soft skills.
• Degree or qualifying education in the relevant subject.
• Fluency in the required language(s).
• Hold current licenses valid in the job location and required visas/work permits where applicable.
