General Laborer (30-day temp only / 3rd shift)
Temporary General Labor –
Location:
Semora, NC 27343 –
Work Schedule:
Mon to Fri, 7 pm – 5 am – Hourly rate: $23/h –
Contract:
W2 contract under staffing supplier, with 30-day duration ONLY.
Role Overview:
Non-permanent, physically demanding role focused on industrial cleaning and plant housekeeping.
- Clean equipment/floors (shovels, brooms, vacuums), monitor material hoppers, and support production teams.
- High school diploma + industrial/manufacturing experience. Industrial cleaning experience is required. Forklift/safety program knowledge is preferred.
- 10-hour shifts. Must stay onsite for 30-minute lunches (pack your own). Tobacco-free facility.
- Requires constant standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs in dusty/noisy conditions. Must provide your own steel-toe shoes on day one (other PPE provided).
