Production Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift: First Shift

What's the Job?

  • Assist in pharmaceutical commercial batch manufacturing and packaging operations following established procedures.
  • Accurately document production activities in compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
  • Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas to meet safety and quality standards.
  • Inspect products for defects and report any issues promptly to management.
  • Detect and report machine malfunctions to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Maintain work areas in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
  • Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics.
  • Knowledge of the metric system of weights and measures.
  • Basic understanding of Windows-based computer systems and software.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment.

Preferred Education and Experience

Associates degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related program
