** About the Role*
* We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a  
** stable work history
** who are comfortable working with their hands in a manufacturing setting.

This position is in a  
** non-climate-controlled environment
** that can be hot and dusty and involves working with materials such as fiberglass, epoxy, and foam.

** What We're Looking For*
* + High school diploma or GED required

+ Strong work history with demonstrated longevity

+ Experience using hand tools and measuring instruments

+ Excellent attention to detail

+ Safety-focused mindset

+ Comfortable working in a physically demanding, warm, and dusty environment

+ Friendly, team-oriented attitude - we are building a positive and supportive culture

+ Previous manufacturing or similar experience preferred

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

+ Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

+ Operate conventional machinery such as lathes, mills, surface grinders, and drill sharpeners

+ Work on CNC machines

+ Complete basic math calculations related to measurements and production

+ Lift up to 50 pounds regularly (team lifting for items over 50 pounds)
