Successful candidates must be able to work in various jobs, rotating to different duties such as machine operator, handling and grading material, performing quality checks, cleaning up, and other manufacturing activities. The role requires following written and verbal instructions, providing feedback, and applying critical thinking.

Employees must use personal safety equipment while working in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, fast‑paced forklift traffic, machine noise, and a dynamic work environment that varies by season.
