Pallet One, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Department Supervisor to lead safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations across multiple departments and shifts. This role is ideal for a hands‑on manufacturing leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and driving results in a fast‑paced production environment.
As a supervisor, you’ll play a key role in meeting production goals, controlling costs, and fostering a culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll DoYou will oversee daily production operations while developing employees and ensuring alignment with business goals, safety requirements, and company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage production operations across multiple departments and shifts
- Supervise, coach, motivate, and develop employees for maximum productivity and engagement
- Plan work activities, set expectations, and ensure production targets are met
- Monitor and manage department costs, profitability, and inventory
- Identify operational problems and improvement opportunities; research and implement solutions
- Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support development planning
- Ensure compliance with all UFP policies, procedures, and applicable laws
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, including 5S and TPM
- Champion safety as Priority One
, including participation in safety committees, JDAs, JSAs, audits, and LOTO compliance - Prepare reports and maintain accurate production and operational records
- Communicate effectively with team members and other leaders across the organization
- Work closely with maintenance to support equipment reliability and preventative maintenance
- Operate a forklift when needed to support production flow
- If assigned to the Treating Department, follow all hazardous material handling procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:- Post‑high school education
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience
