In this role you will support the unit in achieving production targets by adhering to systems and processes. You’ll use machinery and equipment on the shop floor and read technical diagrams for the assembly of products, systems, and panels. The work model is onsite at the Pinetops, NC facility.
- Conduct all types of assembly work to produce semi‑finished or final products, systems, or panels, including packing integrated with production lines.
- Perform work manually or using light hand tools.
- Carry out regular quality testing as part of the defined production process.
- Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Knowledge and use of tools: tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools as needed.
- Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed.
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
Manufacturing plant environment requires a combination of hands‑on and technical tasks. Work may involve occasional lifting of materials, climbing stairs or ladders, and walking. Employees may be required to bend, twist or stand for extended periods.
Frequent use of computers is necessary for data entry, monitoring and communication. Employees also handle a variety of tools and equipment, from hand tools to machinery, requiring technical skills and adherence to safety protocols.
Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel‑toed shoes is required. Adhering to safety guidelines is essential for all team members.
The work environment requires physical endurance, technical proficiency, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards to contribute to a productive and rewarding workplace.
