Location: Pine Hall
Wieland Group in Pine Hall, NC is seeking a Day Shift Production Supervisor to lead production teams on a 12-hour schedule (7am-7pm). You will drive safety, quality, productivity and cost performance, acting as the on-site leader for all shift activities.
The ideal candidate will mentor staff, coordinate with other supervisors, and apply lean principles to optimize methods, equipment and workflows while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with company policies.
