Job Summary The Nail Gun Operator is responsible for safely building pallets and other wood products using pneumatic (air-powered) nail guns while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. This position also assists with handling, stacking, labeling, and preparing lumber products for shipment.###

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Build pallets and wood products using a pneumatic (air) nail gun
* Safely operate, maintain, and troubleshoot air nail guns and related equipment
* Measure, position, and assemble lumber components according to specifications
* Move, stack, and secure lumber products and materials according to instructions
* Stack finished products according to predetermined bundle sizes and customer requirements
* Apply labels and tags identifying product type, size, and quantity
* Band, bundle, and secure materials for shipment, including attaching corner protectors and loading sticks
* Verify correct quantities and materials are properly strapped and labeled before leaving the work area
* Maintain accurate production records and complete production sheets as required
* Assist with inventory control by monitoring tags and reporting discrepancies to supervisors
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility
* Participate in safety meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and company programs
* Perform other duties as assigned### Qualifications
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
* No experience required; training provided
* Previous experience with nail guns, pallet assembly, manufacturing, construction, woodworking, or lumber operations is preferred
* Basic math and measuring skills preferred
* Ability to work safely in a production environment
* Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
* Strong attention to detail and quality### Pay & Benefits
