We are seeking a Hand Seamstress team member to support our various hand sew operations. Ideal candidate will consistently contribute to overall excellence that will meet or exceed customer and team objectives. This person should enjoy working in a production environment, independently, as well as working with other associates in a spirit of teamwork and cooperation to accomplish goals.

• Accurately follow work orders to meet customer/product specifications
• Focus on precision first and then pace
• Quality check work for neat seams and correct stitching
• Identify flaws/variations in different patterns and color identification
• Handle materials such as cotton, silk, viscose, wool, nylon, etc.
• Work with team members to coordinate workflow and resolve issues
• Keep work area tidy
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Perform repetitive motions and sit/stand for long periods of time
• Knowledge of different stitches, fabrics, and quality standards
• Work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
