Job Title: Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Middlesex, North Carolina (On-site)

Job Summary: We are supporting a manufacturing engineering opportunity that offers the chance to lead complex projects, improve processes, and contribute to high-impact production outcomes. Our team is looking for a candidate who can bring technical leadership, problem-solving capability, and strong cross-functional collaboration to help drive quality, safety, and operational excellence.

• Lead technical initiatives that support manufacturing engineering activities across multiple large-scale projects.
• Design, develop, implement, and improve safe, environmentally responsible manufacturing processes while supporting quality and efficiency goals.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including cost estimates, schedules, design specifications, process specifications, equipment specifications, and technical reports.
• Support troubleshooting, continuous improvement, process launch activities, and mentoring across manufacturing, production, and engineering teams.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a technical role supporting manufacturing processes or another related engineering function.
• Ability to work within 50 miles of Jackson, MI; only candidates within that radius will be considered, except active-duty military service member candidates.
• Experience with manufacturing process improvement, technical documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
