Reports to:

Production Supervisor

In this role, you will support the unit in achieving production targets by adhering to established systems and processes. Each day you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor and interpret technical diagrams for assembly of products, systems, and panels.

• Conduct assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing integrated with production lines.
• Perform work manually or using light hand tools.
• Carry out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
• Operate within SOPs and maintain a clean work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Knowledge of hand tools such as tape measure, calipers, grinders, etc.
• Ability to safely use a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 lbs.

Manufacturing plant environment combining hands‑on and technical tasks. Work may involve lifting, climbing stairs/ladders, and prolonged standing or twisting. Frequent computer use is required for data entry, monitoring, and communication. PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel‑toed shoes are mandatory.
