ABB’s Continuous Improvement Specialist role in Pinetops, NC, onsite, focuses on driving improvements in the production of Instrument Transformers and Indoor & Outdoor products within ELDS. You will lead Kaizen efforts, design and install improved equipment, and collaborate with operators to translate ideas into durable, safe solutions that meet OSHA standards.
You will develop documentation, train staff, and support ergonomic enhancements while contributing to ABB's Electrification Distribution
