Mt. Olive Pickle Company, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Night Shift in Finished Goods. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure safety, quality and on-time production, and drive continuous improvement in quality metrics. This role requires hands-on supervision of machinery and adherence to SOPs and GMPs.
The Night Shift supervisor will coordinate tasks, monitor equipment, maintain accurate reports, and work with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets and reduce waste.
