• Directly supervise shift production personnel, including operators, material handlers, and setup technicians.
• Manage daily staffing assignments, monitor employee attendance, conduct performance evaluations, and enforce company policies consistently.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and cross‑training.
• Oversee daily operations of high‑pressure die casting machines, automated robotic cells, and CNC machining centers to meet or exceed shift production goals, efficiency targets, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor machine cycles, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE and scrap rates, and proactively address operational bottlenecks.
• Coordinate closely with Maintenance, Tooling, and Shipping departments to maximize machine uptime and ensure seamless shift handovers.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
• High School diploma or equivalent (required).

• Salary: $52,800 - $74,500 per year.
• Shift: Third (11 PM – 8 AM).
• Pay is based on education, experience, location, duties, and certifications.
