Prysmian Group is seeking a Team Lead for a 24/7 fiber optic cable manufacturing plant. You will oversee one of four rotating 12‑hour shifts (7am–7pm or 7pm–7am), drive production objectives, maintain safety and quality, and move ware through the plant while ensuring compliance with policy and ISO
14001 guidelines.
We value candidates with a HS Diploma or equivalent, two years of progressive management experience, and a background in manufacturing, preferably in optical fiber cabling.
