- Large package / furniture distribution centers located in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M square feet plus another 1.2M square feet of standalone final-mile furniture hubs.
- Small package eCommerce distribution centers located in Mississippi and Arizona totaling 3.2M square feet, consisting of over 1,000 full-time associates and 1,500 seasonal/temporary associates in Mississippi

Furniture Hand Tie Spring-Up position is located in Claremont, NC.
You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will …- Position and secure coil springs according to design specifications and production requirements.
- Perform traditional 8-way hand-tied spring-up construction on sofas, chairs, ottomans and other upholstered furniture.
- Install jute webbing and prepare furniture frames for spring-up construction.
- Tie springs in multiple directions to ensure proper support, comfort and durability.
- Build and shape spring decks to achieve desired seating comfort and appearance.
- Install spring-up materials and components according to production specifications.
- Inspect spring units and foundations for quality, consistency and structural integrity.
- Collaborate with upholsterers and production team members to meet manufacturing schedules and quality expectations.
- Maintain tools, materials and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
- Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy in all tasks, ensuring materials and components meet quality standards.

- At least 8-10 years of experience in upholstery or upholstered furniture manufacturing.
- Knowledge of traditional upholstery techniques, including webbing, spring placement and hand tying.
