Job DescriptionCarolinas Staffing is seeking motivated Die Cutters to join a Die Shop team. This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical experience who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced production environment.
Schedule & Pay- Shift: 2nd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Work Days: Monday – Thursday (48‑hour work week)
- Days Off: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour (paid weekly)
- Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of die cutting machines.
- Load materials into machines and monitor production for accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine checks to ensure equipment runs smoothly and safely.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Previous mechanical experience required.
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a consistent schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must pass all required pre‑employment screenings.
- Steady full‑time schedule with three consecutive days off.
- Weekly pay.
