Location: Saint Pauls
Watts Water Technologies seeks a CI Kaizen Specialist I to drive lean transformation at our St. Pauls, NC plant. This on-site role reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager and involves data gathering, Kaizen facilitation, and training staff in 5S and standard work.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1+ year manufacturing experience, and Lean Yellow Belt or ability to earn within 3 months. Associate degree or related certification preferred.
