CNC Frame Builder Job Maiden North Carolina USA,Manufacturing / Production

Location: Maiden

Job Title

Performs operation to prepare and assemble a variety of models of frames and/or frame sub-assemblies to quantity and quality standards for upholstered or wood frame furniture.

Major Accountabilities/Critical Responsibilities:

Accountabilities/responsibilities in order of importance or amount of time spent on the responsibilities.

Sort cut frame parts and place on assembly table and/or assembly clamp.

Use specification sheet as guide to assemble cut parts.

Hammer in tee nit and shoot with staple to secure.

Glue connecting wood parts with a brush or squirt bottle.

Use a rubber mallet to hammer parts together.

Use a pneumatic staple gun or pneumatic screwdriver (depending on frame) to attach wood parts together.

Screw legs to frame using pneumatic screwdriver.

Slide completed frame from table to place on correct pallet.

May perform other duties/ special or non-routine assignments as instructed.
