Line Leader

We're looking for a Line Leader to join our team. This position is responsible for leading the packaging line and ensuring that production is fulfilled in full, on time, safely, efficiently.

Competitive Pay – $17–$20 per hour (pay is negotiable based on experience)

Reviews production orders to determine product type, required quantities, packaging materials, and other specifications.

Monitors packaging operations and inspects products to ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality control requirements, and customer specifications.

Operates, fine-tunes, and troubleshoots packaging machinery, or escalates issues to the maintenance team as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent and one to three years related experience.

Strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
