3rd Shift Assistant Line Lead

Job Summary

As a WeSource 3rd Shift Assistant Line Lead at Maxton, you will be responsible for assembling components, packaging materials, and sorting products manually to complete projects efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring the packaging process meets quality standards.

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining safety standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Clean packaging containers to prepare for the assembly process.
• Line and pad crates, assemble cartons, and wrap protective materials around products.
• Obtain, sort, and weigh products before packaging.
• Operate and regulate conveyor speed to manage the packaging process efficiently.
• Inspect materials, products, and containers at each step to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Record packaging information such as weight, time, and date accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
