Job Description:

** Job Overview*
* Produce products in a timely and efficient manner for the customers.

** Job Requirements*
* + Set up and operate various machines and assemble parts as directed by Cell Lead.

+ Read and understand bill of materials and blueprints of drawings.

+ Communicate with Cell Lead on all issues related to discrepancies on drawing or BOM.

+ Work closely with the Quality Department to conduct inspections during the production process and verify product meets customer specifications and industry standards.

+ Operate air and power tools as needed in order to aid in the manufacturing process.

+ Maintain productivity at levels that match or exceed production standards.

+ Follow safety rules and use safe procedures.

+ Keep all tools and supplies put away in the appropriate location on a daily basis. Keep work area clean and organized.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

** What your background should look like*
* + High school diploma or GED preferred

+ Basic computer knowledge and familiar with Excel.

+ Read and understand blueprints/drawings.

+ Mechanical aptitude.

+ Communicate effectively. Ability to Read, Write and Speak English

+ Knowledge of various types of equipment such as:

+ Air and power tools

+ Micrometers, calipers, rulers, tape measures and gages

+ Ability to work independently.

+ Continuous standing, moving and reaching with arms and hand.

+ Frequently walks, bends, lifts and carries items.

+ Occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50 lbs.

+ Work performed in a shop environment.

+ Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, and odors.

** COMPENSATION*
* -    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $17.00 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
