Vulcan Elements is expanding a massive 1 million square foot facility to produce American rare‑earth magnets. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will own a major automated production process from design through start-up, coordinating equipment, vendors, and process development to scale production.
You will lead design reviews, ensure safety and quality compliance, and work with R&D to implement future improvements, while traveling up to 10% to support FATs and reviews.
