The Line Leader will lead the packaging line, ensuring that production is fulfilled on time, safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with food safety standards.

$17-$20 per hour

Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm

• Depending on demand, in some instances extended work hours may be needed.

• Review production orders to determine product type, required quantities, packaging materials, and other specifications.
• Monitor packaging operations and inspect products to ensure compliance with food safety standards, quality control requirements, and customer specifications.
• Operate, fine‑tune, and troubleshoot packaging machinery, or raise issues to the maintenance team as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent and one to three years related experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
