Location: Staley
Pilgrim's - - Responsibilities:
Wash floats, transport hatcher trays, sanitize separator, sanitize hatcher, set eggs, transfer eggs, and load chicks onto conveyor;
Wash floats (buggy) and remove debris from hatcher trays;
Sanitize the hatcher using a foaming system with sodium hypochlorite and rinse with high pressure hose;
Place eggs into incubators by lifting 10 pound egg trays from floor to shoulder level;
Push loaded buggies to vaccination table and relocate trays to hatcher;
Load chicks onto the belt by transferring chick trays from buggy to conveyor
