Machine Operator – Youngsville, NC Manufacturing Facility

• 6 a.m - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
• Some overtime required

• Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures
• Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
• Adapt and ensure the production lines have material and parts timely
• Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable
• Ensure workspace is clean, safe, and in working order

• Positive energy is required
• Self‑starter and go‑getter attitude
• Able to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills
• CNC, press break, or punch operation experience required
• Proficient with hand tools
• Physical stamina and strength, ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Proficiency in English

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Starting at $18 an hour, based on experience
• Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits
