Ontex is seeking a Production Line Manager to oversee high-speed, high-volume production lines in our North Carolina facility. The role focuses on driving OEE improvements, reducing scrap, and leading a skilled line team across three shifts.
You will train and develop operators, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to implement process improvements. A strong Lean/OMEX background is essential.
