** to join a fast-paced manufacturing team! In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure high-quality furniture products are properly inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment. If you're safety-focused, reliable, and enjoy working in a production environment, we'd love to hear from you.

** What You'll Do*
* + Package finished furniture products according to company standards.

+ Inspect products for quality before packaging and shipment.

+ Apply labels, protective materials, and shipping documentation accurately.

+ Move finished products to staging and shipping areas.

+ Maintain production pace while meeting quality and safety expectations.

+ Read and follow work instructions, production orders, and packaging specifications.

+ Keep your work area clean and organized using 5S principles.

+ Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

+ Cross-train in other departments as needed to support production.

** What We're Looking For*
* + High school diploma or GED preferred.

+ Manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus, but willing to train dependable candidates.

+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

+ Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

+ Basic math and reading skills.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Excellent attendance and reliability.

+ Willingness to work overtime when needed.
