Position Summary:
We are seeking a Process Technician to support our Injection Molding Department. This role is responsible for setting up molds, maintaining and improving molding processes, troubleshooting production issues, and helping ensure parts meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Setting up molds and starting injection molding machines
- Performing mold and material changes
- Troubleshooting processing issues to maintain part quality
- Executing the daily production schedule
- Monitoring scrap, downtime, and process performance
Establishing and documenting molding parameters - Assisting with new tool trials and qualifications
- Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
- Helping train team members when needed
- Dryers
- Robotics
- Mold heaters
- Hand toola and PPE
- Experience setting up molds and processing in injection molding
- Mechanically inclined
- Scientific molding certification is a plus
- Safety-oriented
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team enviroment
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Standing and walking for most of the shift
- Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Reaching, bending, crouching, and hand coordination required
- Indoor manufacturing environment
- Exposure to noise, dust, gases, and normal shop conditions
Production Supervisor/Manager Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
