Mold Setter Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 to $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)
- Set up, change, and adjust injection molding machines, molds, and equipment to meet production requirements.
- Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot basic process issues, and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform quality checks on molded parts to ensure products meet specifications and customer standards.
- Complete routine equipment checks, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety and production procedures.
Mold Setter
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with injection molding, mold setting, or plastics manufacturing preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and make process adjustments.
- Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
- Ability to read work instructions, follow production specifications, and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting safety and quality expectations.
