Lead Operator of shredding, grinding, extruding, and pelletizing equipment to support recycled polyethylene production;
Maintain machine settings within Standard Operating Condition parameters;
Ensure recycle line operates within safety and performance guidelines;
Maintain correct scrap material feeding on the in-feed belt for coloration and properties;
Maintain 5S in work areas and achieve scheduled output production rates
