Smithfield Foods - - Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee all mill operator areas (receiving, batching, production floor, loadout) following SOPs;
Record keeping and reporting (shift activity, production, sampling, bag dump, reconciliations);
Regulate material flow to meet product specifications;
Perform daily feed, bulk and micro-ingredient inventories;
Maintain safety and cleanliness of assigned areas; support cross-functional areas
