We're looking for dependable Packline Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team! In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure high-quality furniture products are properly inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment. If you're safety-focused, reliable, and enjoy working in a production environment, we'd love to hear from you.

• Package finished furniture products according to company standards.

• Inspect products for quality before packaging and shipment.

• Apply labels, protective materials, and shipping documentation accurately.

• Move finished products to staging and shipping areas.

• Maintain production pace while meeting quality and safety expectations.

• Read and follow work instructions, production orders, and packaging specifications.

• Keep your work area clean and organized using 5S principles.

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

• Cross-train in other departments as needed to support production.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus, but willing to train dependable candidates.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

• Basic math and reading skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Excellent attendance and reliability.

• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Pay Details: $19.26 per hour
