Perdue Farms is seeking an Evisceration Lead for the 2nd shift in Lewiston Woodville, NC to supervise and coach associates on the evisceration line, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.
You will oversee stations along the production line, enforce QA and USDA specs, maintain equipment, and promote sanitation and food safety.
The role requires at least 6 months with a single employer and some supervisory experience; schedule is Monday to Friday, 1:40pm to 9:30pm.
