Job Summary Are you looking to brew up a great career? As a Mix Master, you will operate blending equipment to create a wide variety of high-quality products, including fruit and vegetable blends, coffee, soups, and smoothies. You’ll be responsible for scaling ingredients, tracking lot numbers, and ensuring top-notch quality assurance.

• Blending & Batching:
  Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to formulas using pumps, conveyors, and hand tools.
• Quality & Safety:
  Collect and test product samples to ensure compliance. Adhere strictly to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), OSHA standards, and SQF food safety cultures.
• Sanitation:
  Assist with allergen monitoring, general housekeeping, and CIP/COP/SIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures before and after production.
• Documentation:
  Record critical operational data such as temperatures, batch ingredients, and processing times.
• Equipment Care:
  Use Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, troubleshoot basic equipment issues, and safely navigate confined spaces when required.

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  1+ years of manufacturing machinery experience preferred (batch blending experience is a huge plus).
• Certifications:
  
  Ability to obtain Forklift and Aerial Platform certifications within 3 months of hire.
• Skills:
  
  Strong time management, attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to read batch tickets.
• Teamwork: A positive attitude, excellent communication, and a knack for thriving in a fast-paced team environment.

• Ability to stand and walk for 8-hour shifts.
• Frequent bending, crouching, twisting, and repetitive lifting of 20-30 lbs (occasional lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Comfort working in a manufacturing plant environment with exposure to tight/enclosed spaces, heights, high noise volumes, dust, odors, and temperature extremes.
