Machine Operator

Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specifications
• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, and sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances
• Start, observe, and troubleshoot machine operations, making adjustments as needed
• Complete changeovers and material feedthroughs
• Perform heavy lifting of up to 35 lbs and conduct first piece inspections

What's Needed?

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to operate gauges and calipers for inspection
• Willingness to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with potential overtime and weekend hours
