Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Packer, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by ensuring plastic products meet quality standards before shipment.
- Inspect molded plastic parts for quality defects and damage
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently
- Label boxes and prepare products for shipment
- Stack and palletize completed orders
- Work closely with machine operators and production team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company quality and safety procedures
- Meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
No Experience Required – Paid Training Provided
- Able to stand and work on their feet for an entire 8-hour shift
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed
- Detail-oriented with strong quality awareness
- Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance
- Able to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
