Mixing Operator

ARCADIA FARMS LLC is seeking a Mixing Operator to support our Food & Beverage Operations in Manufacturing & Production. This hands-on role is responsible for accurately weighing, mixing, and batching ingredients for our farm-to-table menu and packaged products. You will follow recipes, monitor equipment, uphold food safety and quality standards, and complete production logs. Working closely with kitchen and production teams, you'll help ensure consistent flavor, texture, and presentation while maintaining a clean, safe workspace that reflects our commitment to sustainability and local sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes and batch sheets
• Set up, operate, and monitor mixers, kettles, and related production equipment
• Check product quality, consistency, and appearance throughout batching and mixing
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen-control procedures
• Complete production logs, batch records, and labeling accurately
• Coordinate with kitchen and packaging teams to meet daily production schedules
• Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas after each run
• Report equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Follow safety guidelines for handling hot products, chemicals, and machinery
• Support continuous improvement in efficiency, yields, and waste reduction
