Location: Arden

Arcadia Beverage Co. seeks a Batch Blending Operator to prepare and blend beverage formulations for hot- and cold-fill production. You will follow batch sheets, weigh and stage ingredients, operate mixing and transfer equipment, and ensure blends meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include performing in-process checks, adjusting batches per lab feedback, completing production records, and supporting sanitation and CIP. You'll work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams in a safety-first, fast-paced environment focused on reliability, continuous improvement, and serving national beverage brands.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and blend beverage batches according to batch sheets and formulations
  • Weigh, stage, and verify ingredients and materials for each production run
  • Operate mixing, pumping, and transfer equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform in-process quality checks and adjust batches per lab or QA feedback
  • Document batch data, lot numbers, and production results accurately
  • Follow GMP, food safety, and plant safety procedures at all times
  • Support sanitation, CIP, and equipment changeovers between runs
  • Communicate with production, quality, and maintenance to resolve issues
  • Monitor equipment for basic mechanical issues and report or assist with troubleshooting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives on the production floor
